Constructed off-site in a matter of weeks and craned together on-site in less than eight hours, The Victoria features state-of-the-art energy-efficient technologies, countless eco-friendly components and the most forward-thinking features and finishes on the planet.

Smart, fast, green, pre-fabulous

Among The Victoria’s long list of notable attributes are geothermal heating, hot water and air conditioning, wireless home automation capable of everything from entertainment centre operation to utility consumption monitoring and mechanical system management, as well as numerous environmental upgrades like heat recovery ventilation, triple pan low-E metal clad windows, radiant in-slab heat, upgraded insulation and dual flush toilets.

The future of homebuilding

As with all of Karoleena’s modern prefab construction projects, The Victoria was built to the highest level of environmental sustainability, in a secure, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Building materials were never exposed to the elements, and the building envelope and components precision cut and constructed to exacting standards. The result was not only the highest quality product, but the greenest building process possible, producing virtually zero waste. From top to bottom, The Victoria was yet another step towards Karoleena’s goal of building homes that produce as much energy as they consume.
