The Osoyoos is a custom modified version of Karoleena’s Fundy, slightly revising the floorplan, adding a single car garage and a media loft. Fully loaded with built in millwork everywhere, concrete floors, Lutron lighting control, Elan Home automation, triple sliding doors, corner glass, the Osoyoos is really one of a kind.
This is a very tight two story home, originally manufactured in our Calgary facility and then shipped to Vancouver for the home show. Eventually this unit was placed on a finished basement and completed with geothermal heating and cooling and many other terrific features including full Elan home automation and two massive Marvin lift and slide doors.
This beautiful 3080 sf six module home was manufactured in Okanagan Falls, BC for the 2015 Pacific National Exhibition where it was awarded to a lucky winner and is about to be moved to its ultimate home in Naramata, BC.
